Weekly plan — 7-day money-back guarantee

We are confident you'll love your first week with Premium. If for any reason you are not delighted, email forrestacres2023@icloud.com within 7 days of your first Weekly purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions, no friction.

Monthly plan

Premium · Monthly passes are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law (e.g. UK Consumer Contracts Regulations grant a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content only when the user has not yet started using it).

We will, however, consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if you experience a serious technical issue that prevents you from using the Service.

Yearly plan

Premium · Yearly passes are non-refundable once activated. Please consider the Weekly or Monthly plan first if you would like to try the Service before committing for a year.

Failed payments

If a payment fails or is reversed by your bank, we may temporarily suspend your Premium access until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email when this happens.

How to request a refund

  1. Email forrestacres2023@icloud.com with your account email and the date of purchase.
  2. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 working days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law.
